Mr. Morrow most recently served as the NRCS District Conservation Technician for both the Lincoln County Conservation District in Davenport, WA and the Washington County Conservation District in Johesborough, TN. Before that he managed key relationships with project stakeholders and was able to communicate effectively with District Staff, Board of Supervisors, State and Federal regulators, local governments, private businesses and landowners. Because of his communication abilities he was able to assist with the preparation and planning of Grants, public outreach projects, and district events. His knowledge in agronomy, forestry, recreation, soils, economics and engineering elements allowed him to sucessfully assist the the District Conservationist in analyzing complex natural resource concerns. He has planning and implementation experience with a broad array of NRCS practices such as Wetland Restoration, Streambank and Shoreline Protection, Grade Stabilization Structure, Waste Storage Facility, Drainage Water Management, and more. John is a people person and can clearly communicate with all types, from regulators to landowners. He recently moved from Kitty Hawk, NC to work with us here at BFEC and is our newest construction crew member. We are very excited to have him on board!
