Environmental Site Assessment (ESAs)
BFEC professionals have performed ESAs for clients ranging from local land trusts, local governments and realtors. Our Phase 1 ESAs are performed and written in accordance with ASTM standards and include site reconnaissance such as physical descriptions, mapping, photo documentation, interviews, and title searches. While conducting an environmental site assessment, BFEC staff can also perform botanical surveys if required.
